Hi! We have been off for a long time, sorry. I have to say that there are many mistakes on the English version of our web page, I want to ask anybody could help that send me a letter with the worst of them.
From tuesday the 7th of October our friend and sensei Miguel have started a self-defense course. It's really interesting and we hope many people come and learn how to protect himself.
